I started taking creatine a while ago and found that it makes me feel jittery and weird. This all alleviates if I go upstairs to the in house gym for just 30 minutes or so, though.
Do you really think that you are going to try for 300 grams of protein per day? That seems like you would need to eat a ton and be very careful with it if you were trying to stay below 1500 calories at the same time.
