As Christians we are born to practice love which Is the ultimate aim to one another on earth. 
And this love should start by practicing charity on our fellow human-being..

Love is a vital role in which all christian should have irrespective of our different churches and religion.
Because as Christians we worship only one God who is the almighty God through Christ. 
 
God loves us his people that is why He sent his only begotten son Jesus Christ who died on the cross for our sake..

God is love and this is why we have to accord love first to the almighty.
God is the first person we have love then secondly follow by our fellow men...
As Christians we are ought to put love first in all we are doing.

This is another beautiful day of the tournament in abiriba ahuiyannem unity cup .
This is the second day of thet tournament.

The match which started around 8Am and ended by 10 Am .
With today's outcome of the football match, it brought about me asking myself this question, between the guys and the ladies which people plays ball better?

I know guys are better that's for me ,but i don't know for you over there but with the performance of the ladies this morning that is what brought about the question.

The ladies performance this morning was really amazing and it was 100 percent okay.

Like it is said what a man can do a woman can do so, before I don't use to believe so but with the recent happing i am beginning to believe it the cases now is vis- Vasa.
The girls try their best in doing those things that is meant for the men while men also good in doing the one's for the women.
For example:
This days is very hard to see a guy who can not prepare food on his own  and cook it even more than the ladies.

I was really happy when i enter one restaurant to eat one very good day and it happens to be a guy that is the cook there and there food was really good.

We are all good to go.
The world is revolving so the little you can do, put your effort it will go a long way .

Black clothes
Black clothes are nice and wonderful to wear but sometimes it has a high trapping capacity from the sun in hot atmosphere and this is why when we wear black clothes under hot weather will feel hot and this generate a lot of heat,this is because of the hot trapping capacity of the clothes texture due to the heat absorption from the clothe.
The physiology behind this is that the clothes traps the heat and prevent it from being release in to the atmosphere.
The benefit behind this is that it keeps the body warm on a cool weather.
It is good when wearing black clothes materials we wear a lighter materials that is not that thick it will help losing the heat that is being trapped from the sun and make it easy to be released into the atmosphere.
Wearing white clothing is better during a hot radiation for it will help reduce the amount of heat and radiation that is being trapped.

My daily cleaning activity 05-10-2024

This is my little kitchen garden where I get many vegetables and some leaves any time I do my cooking.
My kitchen garden supports and help me a lot because I have carrot, pumpkin, waterleaf, tomatoes and pepper in it.
It helps me in preparing of foods like noodles on other things.
Kitchen garden have many advantages if you have one
And this advantage (benefits of kitchen garden) include:
It saves money: it saves money because when you have it, it will save you money from going outside/market to buy those leaves you need when cooking.
It saves time: when you have vegetable in your garden it saves you time from going outside to get vegetable but you will just enter your garden and get as many vegetable as you want.
It gives you a real test (natural food test): why you nurture it where by yourself it gives you real natural test.
It gives vitamin: when you use the leave and cook it gives vitamins there  by adding to your balance diet.
It gives you some money when you sell it to neighbour or people.
 Kitchen garden is so nice that you will have many vegetable inside it and this vegetables include:
Carrot ,green beans, pumpkin leave (ugu in my dialect) , waterleaf, okro,
Even some fruits like cucumber and other things, is really nice when you have those things in your garden.
There are many things to do to achieve a nice kitchen garden, these things include:
1 try and be visiting your garden daily to remove snails because some of the snails do feed on those things (vegetable and fruits) thereby destroying them.
2 weeding of the garden : by weeding the garden you remove some unwanted plants in it ,it will help the leaves to have good colour and grow well without dying off.
3 apply some natural money like remnant and Waste from livestocks because this will help nurture the days and it corner will be good and it will grow well.
When you don't go to your garden daily sometimes pest and rodent will scatter them by feeding on them and this will make the vegetable look so bad and it colour will not be good.
I love kitchen garden it's so nice and it makes my cooking so fast because it is close to the house and many things I need is always there to help me out in my cooking.
Try and have one kitchen garden close to your house it will help you a lot in cooking many dishes such as vegetable soup, cooking of noodles making of sauce to eat ,even cooking of stew, it helps in bringing out its test and making the dishes look so natural and also test so natural because i love natural foods.

Say what God would say in your situation—say what His Word says, not what you think or feel.
