## First half of the day
Did not listen to all I have to say but what I was able to watch was very interesting. We had a guy André from Microsoft talking about blockchain, Web 1 to Web 4, AI agents (a topic I have to deal with since 3 years)  -very good thoughts I did not all agree with but a lovely discussion took place in a panel with @lordbutterfly @detlev @masterswatch later on.

## An OG talking about what Hive is
@roelandp explains the Hive right now - was maybe new for people not here since the beginning and great discussion and input by the audience as well what Hive is about and what needs to be done in terms of making access easier, more marketing, more sales etc. - a Dutch guy that is THE event and Hivefest expert and one of the faces for this blockchain (in my view we need more like him!).

#Germany has a new #chancellor: Friedrich #Merz of the CDU. Merz is a seasoned politician with a background in law and has been a long-standing member of the #Bundestag. Known for his conservative economic views and strong presence in German politics, his election marks a shift in tone from previous chancellors. His appointment follows years of infighting for the top position with Angela Merkel.

## One lose, one win
Merz’s path to becoming chancellor, however, was #unprecedented and not without turbulence. In a historic first, his initial attempt to secure the chancellorship failed in the Bundestag, falling short by six votes. 
This failure highlighted unexpected divisions within the parliamentary ranks and raised questions about unity within the governing coalition. A second vote had to be conducted to confirm him on the same day, which eventually succeeded. But the initial failure left a mark on the start of his term.

## Bad Omen for new leadership 
The need for a second vote to elect the chancellor is seen not only as a blow to Merz’s leadership, but also as a failure for the new CDU parliamentary leader, Jens Spahn. As the head of the CDU's Bundestag group, #Spahn was responsible for ensuring party discipline and vote coordination—an effort that clearly fell short. This misstep undermines confidence in his ability to manage the parliamentary group effectively and casts doubt on the cohesion of the CDU at a critical time. It also suggests deeper factional divides within the party that may pose challenges to the new government’s stability. Both Merz and Spahn now face the dual task of repairing their reputations and rebuilding trust within their ranks.

I'm not expecting much, especially not in the #crypto space. But Bitpanda had donated 500k€ to CDU and FDP each. But FDP not even made into parliament.

We'll see.

Allrighty, after I finished one part of my [research work last night](https://peakd.com/hive-139531/@louis88/having-fun-with-data-13k-mau-i-dont-know), I thought to myself this morning while having my first coffee on a beautiful sunny Sunday - check the entire 18k accounts that were created in 2024, which of them participated in the Inleo referral program - because there you advertise with 50 US dollars for every single recruited user. Well, I thought to myself... If there's going to be free tokens somewhere - at least in the form of a second layer token - then there's bound to be a few people hanging around here - haggling and, of course, creating fake accounts. So this morning I set myself the task of writing a little checker that takes the entire list of accounts from yesterday and checks it against the API, which is kindly provided by Inleo itself. And look - how wonder - quite a long list of accounts that have participated in the Leo referral program.

So I simply gave the Github Copilot integrated in my Visual Studio code environment a small but fine prompt that actually says everything that needs to be done. I simply told it that I had an accounts.txt file, an API endpoint to check the data and that it should display the information returned to me by the API in a nice frontend. And it did a great job. I'm so proud of you, you small but mighty artificial intelligence... When will you finally be able to read my mind and just do what I think? Elon Dude, finally bring the brain chips onto the market. WTF. Well, more context. As you can see from the screenshots, the AI did what I wanted and the first results are in. **Perfectomundo**.

So as I said - I just let the little fine script run until all 18k accounts from the year 2024 that were created with the account leo.voter were cross-checked. In the end, unfortunately, exactly what many of this community here on Hive already suspected came out - many many great usernames and accounts that participated in the Inleo referral program. Now, of course, one wonders whether Inleo will take countermeasures and I have to answer that with a great YES at this point. A discussion on the Inleo General Discord server also gave me the idea to write this little tool. A user had complained that he could not claim rewards because he had invited his “real human friends” to Inleo. You can follow the discussion here with screenshots from the Discord server:

I think it's great that Khal and the Inleo team have internal measurements ready to detect spam / fraud and block any fake claims. Considering the number of referral rewards accounts that have been created, this is a matter of course - otherwise the whole story would have exploded to an even greater extent. So, hats off at this point, well done and keep up the good work. But shouldn't the entire account creation really be adapted to Human Only at this point? After all, we want real people and not AI bots, fakers and just people who want to get rich.

you may know, that I write [weekly reports](peakd.com/@achimmertens?filter=stats) in different communities. There I post about statistics of Hive tokens.

# The money-printing machine
I have been working on the collection of these stats for about three years now (Details see below). And yes, my motivation was to create a money-printing machine.

But is this reprehensible?
I can also create these stats by hand (and I still have to do some hands-on). People want to see them. I have been asked several times to enhance my stats also for other tokens and I denied it because I have no time for it (until the machine is finished). So there is a market for my stats.
A market means, there is a demand and I can supply it if I get a reward.
So I have no guilty conscience getting upvotes and earnings for it. Especially not, because of forwarding the revenues to my other account @anobel, which donates it to needy people (my actual motivation to create a money printing machine).

# The Problem
Hive is a system that has no intrinsic value but the community. As with every system, it is worthless without a meaning, given by people (or other creatures with awareness). So if you want to compare $HIVE with $USD for example, it only gets $USD-value, as the first person starts to buy it with $USD.
If I want to create a sustainable donation system out of Hive, then I need to find people that bring in $USD, as long as I want to pay out people in need with $USD.
So even if my donation system, which I want to establish with @anobel, would work, it still dries out the Hive system, as long as no money comes in from the outside.

# What has happened
In the last weeks, I got downvoted by @spaminator. I got punished for creating "spam" and "plagiarism". I put both in apostrophes because I don't see it as this.
OK, maybe spam, because I create a lot of double, static text. So I changed my template and deleted as many as possible unnecessary words. So, I should be clean with this.
But plagiarism? All my reports have valid, new, unique, clean content, that was created by me. I am responsible for every word, number and figure, even, when they come out of a script. I wrote these scripts and I am very proud of what I have reached.
So I started struggling with @spaminator on Discord.
He says, that I create text, which differs only in some numbers from other posts, which is plagiarism. For him, it looks like abusing the Hive system.
I explained my situation - and he listened to me (which I really appreciate!).
But we don't come together, because he has his filtering tools and I don't want to sacrifice my (in my eyes) good idea, that keeps me moving on so hard in the hive ecosystem.

# Short Excursus: How do I create my Reports

I have created batch scripts, that read some content from [hive Engine](https://hive-engine.com) and put it into an ElasticSearch database on my local RaspberryPi:

I have configured Kibana to create some beautiful figures from the data, figures, that take out messages. 
In earlier times I copied and pasted them into the reports by hand (which was a huge amount of regular work). But now I have enhanced my developer skills and coded a Javascript program with Selenium, which does this annoying job for me. So only a few hand movements are left to do.

# Stalemate
And now?

In the end, I can go on and just ignore the downvotes of @spaminator. He is not almighty. But is this the solution?
I laid down all my options. I made a piece of paper:

I told my wife about it. I prayed about it.
And yes, during my prayer I got a warm feeling about the following idea:

I create one report per week, that is added with some free text, and take the rewards for it and send them to @anobel.
For all other reports, I accept his "option C" not to get rewarded any more. I am going to work "for free" for that.
This destroys my dream of the money-printing machine, but I accept this, because I agree now, that this dream doesn't work (as I do it right now). (I have another, better idea for my machine, that hopefully brings in some money from the outside.)
I will add an ask to establish auto-upvotes for my accounts (to get at least some rewards with other posts). I will donate 100% of the rewards to Hive-Fund for these reports. This should bring me out of the target for the downvotes.
This has the following consequences:
- Disadvantage:
	- I still work, but only get a small part of my earnings
	- My dream of my money-printing machine is over
- Advantages:
	- The reports go on
	- I don't get downvoted
	- I will win a reputation in the community
	- I stay "friends" with @spaminator and the people, that stand behind him
(I also stand behind him and the idea to stop spam and plagiarism.)
	- I don't weaken the hive system

# Conclusion
I hope the struggle with @spaminator is over now and I can concentrate on new features for my donation system with @anobel.

- **Tickets will be taken over to the next round and will reduced to 0 if you win. So you will win for sure, if you join regulary.**
- For every 2.5 payout a winner will be selected with a minimum of 1 winner
- I might award the top ticket board position with 1 HSBI (has to have > 66 tickets) depending on liquidity. If there are multiple participants on the top position, one randomly chosen will receive another ticket and the HSBI. **For every 2.5 payout this will follow for the next position, too.**
- I will automatically tag all participants in the next raffle. Write STOP in a comment to stop tagging (note: this will be evaluated when THIS raffle is over)
- The winner will be picked in ~ 7 days
