En una sociedad donde todo va muy a prisa, muy rápido y donde lo que más se consume son videos cortos, rápidos para pasar a otro y así sucesivamente, sobre todo en la juventud, es bueno a veces tomar un tema y detenernos en el profundamente. No importa que tema sea, ya que todos tenemos distintos gustos e intereses. Pero hay videos que son extensos y atrayentes, donde se reflexiona y sobre todo hay charlas muy interesantes.

Los hay de reflexiones, entrevistas, conversaciones de la vida coritidana, humor, relatos o historias. También los hay sobre temas de historia, temas científicos y mucho más. Lo interesante de esto es que podemos verlos cuando queramos, no tienen tiempo, o es un programa que se emite una vez y si no estamos allí nos lo perdemos. Ellos son los podcast.

>Mucha gente ve podcasts, aunque hoy en día con la vida vertiginosa, es más difícil, pero como digo se pueden ver de a tramos y seguir viendo o escuchando en otro momento, eso es lo que yo hago. 

Cuando conocí los podcasts me parecía como si fueran un programa de radio, pero podía verlo y eso me resultaba interesante. Además al ver videos o audios largos se puede abordar los temas con profundidad y si hay un entrevistado hay tiempo para toda clase de preguntas.

In a society where everything moves very quickly, and where short videos are the most consumed, quickly moving on to another and so on, especially among young people, it is sometimes good to take a topic and delve into it deeply. It doesn't matter what the topic is, as we all have different tastes and interests. I'm loving the podcast scene in the YouHive community. Here's my third post recommending another of my favorite podcast channels. I haven't been able to attend any events this week, and the movies I've seen lately haven't been inspiring, so I'll continue suggesting the podcasts I listen to or watch on YouTube.

This time, I'll talk about Roca Projet. This podcast is very new; it's only been active for a year, the same amount of time I've been following it. It appeared among YouTube's suggestions with its first episodes. One of them featured Dr. Manuel Sans, a doctor who has appeared on almost every podcast talking about near-death experiences. That episode is excellent. Although I don't believe much in spirituality, it's a pleasure to listen to this doctor and his experiences with patients and research on the subject.

The podcast is hosted by Carlos Roca; he's an audiovisual communication professional, and it shows. There's a podcast boom, with many people creating, and he decided to take this project seriously. Being the creator, a professional in this field, the technical and image quality is top-notch. I love the set he uses to film with the guests. If I had a show like this, I'd love a similar decor. It creates a fantastic atmosphere so all viewers can enjoy every episode.

No he podido ir a ningún evento esta semana y las películas que he visto últimamente no me han motivado, así que seguiré sugiriendo los podcasts que escucho o veo en YouTube.

>  Esta vez, hablaré de Roca Projet. Este podcast es muy nuevo; solo lleva un año en activo, el mismo tiempo que lo sigo. Apareció entre las sugerencias de YouTube con sus primeros episodios. Uno de ellos tuvo como invitado al Dr. Manuel Sans, un médico que ha aparecido en casi todos los podcasts hablando de experiencias cercanas a la muerte. Ese episodio es excelente. Aunque no creo mucho en la espiritualidad, es un placer escuchar a este médico y sus experiencias con pacientes e investigaciones sobre el tema.

>  El podcast lo presenta Carlos Roca; es un profesional de la comunicación audiovisual, y se nota. Hay un boom de podcasts, con muchísima gente creando, y el decidio  tomarse este proyecto en serio. Al ser  el  creador, un profesional en ese campo, la calidad técnica y de imagen es de primera. Me encanta el set que usa para grabar con los invitados. Si tuviera un programa como este, me encantaría una decoración similar. Crea una atmósfera fantástica para que todos los espectadores podamos disfrutar de cada episodio.

Roca Projet is also known for the quality of its guests. Once again, I had a hard time selecting which episodes to recommend. In the end, I settled on two that address important topics related to human behavior.

The first, which I hope you'll watch and enjoy, was the episode starring Izanami Martínez. She's an anthropologist who gives lectures and is successful on social media. She's a woman who knows how to manage her image very well; it's impossible not to be seduced by her way of communicating. It's undoubtedly something she's perfected over time, and this episode is fabulous for the topics it covers: human attraction, relationships, love, and desire.

Even Roca seemed completely captivated by the conversation he had with her and listening to the answers to his questions. Here, the guests also speak calmly, but when Roca becomes passionate about a topic, he asks more questions because he, too, wants to know more. The guest is Christian and preaches the word of her religion on social media. Roca asks her about this topic, but it's almost at the end of the episode. I skipped that whole part because I prefer to ignore religious matters. I don't give a damn what other people believe or what religion they practice. I just ask that they leave me alone and don't try to convince me of anything.

> Roca Projet también es conocido por la calidad de sus invitados. Una vez más, me costó mucho seleccionar los episodios que recomendaría. Al final, me decidí por dos que abordan temas importantes relacionados con el comportamiento humano.

> El primero, que espero que vean y disfruten, fue el episodio protagonizado por Izanami Martínez. Es una antropóloga que se dedica a dar conferecnias y tiene éxito en redes sociales. Es una mujer que sabe gestionar muy bien su imagen; es imposible no dejarse seducir por su forma de comunicar. > Incluso Roca parecía completamente cautivado por la conversación que tuvo con ella y por escuchar las respuestas a sus preguntas. Aquí, los invitados también hablan con calma, pero cuando Roca se apasiona por un tema, hace más preguntas porque él también quiere saber más. La invitada  es cristiana y predica la palabra de su religión en redes sociales. Roca le pregunta sobre este tema, pero ya casi está al final del episodio. Toda esa parte me la salte, porque prefiero ignorar los asuntos religiosos. Me importa un bledo lo que crean los demás o la religión que practiquen. Solo les pido que me dejen en paz y que no intenten convencerme de nada.

The second recommended episode features another star guest: Juanma García. He was a Civil Guard member (I think he still is), but now makes more money giving lectures and consulting, in addition to writing books. His specialty is behavioral science, and he's said in every podcast he's participated in that he had the opportunity to receive FBI training. I see this man on every podcast. The subject he masters is something that has always intrigued and fascinated me. There are techniques to detect when someone is truly interested in what you're talking about, and they're true. By putting them into practice, we realize how the other person unconsciously gives us clues.

I'd like to add that Juanma García's physical and image transformation is incredible. If you see a photo of what he looked like about 10 years ago, you won't recognize him. Even his way of dressing has changed, and it's clear that everything has been studied to enhance his personal brand and adapt to changing times. He applies marketing techniques along with his experience in behavioral science.

There are other episodes with extraordinary guests, but I hope these two I recommend will motivate you to check out other episodes of the podcast. It's worth it. Let me know what you think in the comments.

> El segundo episodio recomendado presenta a otro invitado estrella: Juanma García. Fue guardia civil ( creo que todavia lo es), pero ahora se gana mas dinerillo  dando conferencias y consultoría, además de escribir libros. Su especialidad son las ciencias del comportamiento y ha dicho en todos los podcasts en los que ha participado, tuvo la oportunidad de recibir formación del FBI. Veo a este hombre en todos los podcasts. El tema que domina es algo que siempre me ha intrigado y apsaionado. Hay técnicas para detectar cuándo alguien está realmente interesado en lo que estás hablando, y son ciertas. Al ponerlas en práctica, nos damos cuenta de cómo la otra persona nos da pistas inconscientemente.

> Quisiera añadir que la transformación física y de imagen de Juanma García es increíble. Si ves una foto de cómo era hace unos 10 años, no lo reconocerás. Incluso su forma de vestir ha cambiado, y es evidente que todo ha sido estudiado para potenciar su marca personal y adaptarse a los nuevos tiempos. Aplica técnicas de marketing junto con su experiencia en ciencias del comportamiento.

Continuing with my podcast recommendations, I present one I've been following for quite some time and whose evolution I've seen within the podcast format on YouTube. It's hosted by a young journalist named Alex Fidalgo, who, thanks to his accent, is clearly Galician. I think I started following his channel when I listened to one of his podcasts with a Spanish filmmaker; I don't remember the exact date.

Back then, he uploaded the audio of his podcast to YouTube. He didn't appear on camera; it was just the audio recording, it was a real podcast. Over time, it began to evolve into a video podcast, with him appearing on camera, so the conversation with the interviewee was done via video call. The next step was to have the guest in a kind of studio, which looked more like his home. There wasn't much decoration and just white walls.

As his content gained followers and became more popular, he moved up the ranks on the set. Then he moved to another room, with more decor, books, etc., although it still retained a simple look, until we arrived at the studio where he currently records, and we've also seen an upgrade in the equipment. It's clear he's always looking to improve.

Con el tiempo, empezó a convertirse en un videopodcast, con él apareciendo ante la cámara, por lo que la conversacion con el entrevistado se hacía por videollamada. El siguiente paso fue tener al invitado en una especie de estudio, que se parecía más a su casa. No había mucha decoración y solo paredes blancas.

>  A medida que su contenido ganaba seguidores y se hacía más popular, fue ascendiendo de categoría en el set. Luego se mudó a otra habitación, con más decoración, libros, etc., aunque aún conservaba un aspecto sencillo, hasta que llegamos al estudio donde graba actualmente, y también hemos visto una mejora en el equipo. Se nota que siempre busca mejorar.

I like his style of leading conversations with guests. He asks a lot of questions, and even when he's not entirely convinced by a topic, he continues to probe so the guest can explain more. He's a good professional who thoroughly investigates both the guest and the topic. The second episode of this podcast I recommend is from about a year ago. Cristina Martín Jiménez was a guest on the podcast for the second time. She's a journalist and writer, and besides being a controversial figure, many consider her a conspiracy theorist. But she's steadfast in her investigations and presents enough evidence to make us question things and see some of the reality they want to hide from us. The first time she was on this podcast, it was a very successful episode. I think the pandemic and all the lies about it opened many people's eyes to realize that everything official sources were saying was lies. Time has proven those so-called conspiracy theorists right. I have several of her books digitally downloaded, but I haven't had time to read them. I have them on my phone, but unfortunately, I've spent little time reading books this year. I have that task pending, but I recommend watching this episode and doing your own research on all the topics she covers. It's a very good episode; don't miss it. At least I hope that if you watch it, it achieves its goal of making you question many of the things that are happening.

From time to time, Alex Fidalgo also hosts and uploads debates and meetings on a specific topic with a panel of guests on his channel. These episodes are very informative; I enjoy hearing diverse opinions.

> El segundo episodio de este podcast que recomiendo es de hace aproximadamente un año. Cristina Martín Jiménez fue invitada al podcast por segunda vez. Es periodista y escritora, y además de ser una figura controvertida, muchos la consideran una conspiranoica. Pero es firme en sus investigaciones  y presenta suficientes pruebas para hacernos que nos cuestionemos  las cosas y ver algo de la realidad que nos quieren ocultar. La primera vez que estuvo en este podcast, fue un episodio muy exitoso. Creo que la pandemia y todas las mentiras al respecto abrieron los ojos a mucha gente para que se dieran cuenta de que todo lo que decían las funtes oficiales  eran mentiras. El tiempo les dio la razon a lso que llamaban conspiranoicos.  Tengo varios de los libros escritos por ella descargados digitalmente, pero no he tenido tiempo de leerlos. Los tengo en mi teléfono, pero lamentablemente, he dedicado poco tiempo a leer libros este año. Tengo esa tarea pendiente, pero recomiendo ver este episodio e investigar por su cuenta todos los temas que aborda. Es un episodio muy bueno, no se lo pierdan. Al menos espero que si lo ven, logre el objetivo de hacerles cuestionar muchas de las cosas que suceden.

The book is called “The Double: How It Works” by Jean Pierre Garnier Malet.

No haré mucho spoiler, pero diré que es un científico que estableció la teoría del desdoblamiento del tiempo y sus temas a tratar son la diversidad de tiempos, y como nosotros mismos estamos desdoblados como partículas que somos. Por cierto, jean Pierre es físico en partículas. No es un tema habitual, ni algo muy conocido, pero si interesante y si se aplica bien ayuda en la vida.

Cuando lo escuchaba era como el resumen de lo que había aprendido por algunos años y fue la culminación de mi aprendizaje. Con él pude explicar muchas cosas en mi vida y también solucionarlas. Habla de que tenemos un doble, un doble cuántico, que somos nosotros mismos, pero en otro tiempo, así como las partículas.

Por supuesto que no sólo recomiendo escuchar estos dos podcasts sino mucho más. Pero me ha pasado que a la hora de difundir lo aprendido la gente comenzaba a mirar del mismo tema otras personas que hablaban de Jean Pierre, pero no a él mismo y la gente tiende a deformar las cosas. Por eso recomiendo sólo ver y escuchar los videos donde él con su traductora al español estén presentes. 

>Mi vida cambió radicalmente cuando puse en práctica lo que el dice. El desdoblamiento según Jean Pierre no es una técnica sino una ley, un principio vital, sin nuestro doble no existiríamos. Al principio es difícil de comprender, más que nada porque habla con terminología científica en muchos casos, pero les cuento que su libro lo leí tres veces y cada vez me enriquecía más.

Entre otras cosas habla de la importancia de dormir y del sueño paradójico donde se da el famoso sueño REM. Habla del intercambio de información y de cómo podemos comunicarnos con nuestro otro yo. Cuando vi los podcasts, previo haber leído el libro, me dije… tengo que probar esto.

Actualmente Conducta Delictiva cuenta con más de 500 mil suscriptores en su canal teniendo en cuenta que apenas han subido un poco más de 80 videos, una hazaña increíble para creadores de contenido en ascenso en el presente.</p></div>

In fact, a few months ago, they interviewed him again because in this episode, journalists' social media exploded with questions for the interviewee, so they decided to do a second part.

These journalists have undoubtedly felt terror while asking questions and listening, which has been noticeable in their body language and verbal communication. However, the level of professionalism of both is so high that they know how to handle themselves emotionally in front of their guest. They are very good at what they do, and that is why they have received congratulatory comments from many subscribers.

I won't tell you much about the interviewee so as not to spoil the show, but he himself asked to be sentenced to life in prison because he is aware of the danger he poses to society. In the course of my work in prisons, I have encountered criminals who have stolen nothing more than a phone, as well as criminals who have raped and killed in cold blood. I must confess that when dealing with the latter, you need nerves of steel to listen to their stories and observe their body language during an evaluation. However, I have always managed to see their human side without judging them because they are simply the product of something that led them to be that way. Of course, I am not justifying what they have done, but in my work, the premise with patients like this is to help them lead a healthier life and reintegrate them into society with a more coherent view of their emotions and the people around them. It will never be easy because there are people who simply cannot be part of society due to their psychological profiles, whether they are sociopathic or psychopathic. For this reason, the work of a mental health professional is sometimes greatly undervalued by institutions unless they are a psychiatrist, in which case the story may be different, but that is another matter.

I have been practicing psychology for 20 years and have dealt with people suffering from depression, even those with high-risk disorders. It will always be difficult to work with patients who have antisocial personality disorders, as they create their own rules and see the world as something they must take revenge on. If you ask me if I have interviewed patients like the ones in the videos, my answer is yes. At first, it was difficult for me because of what I heard, but over the years I learned to adapt to that dark side that life has for some people. I didn't want to continue working in that area because it's certainly not for everyone, but that's where I took my knowledge of psychology to the max, and I am grateful to God and life for that.

Jamás será algo sencillo porque hay personas que simplemente no pueden ser parte de la sociedad por sus perfiles psicológicos sean sociopáticos o psicopáticos, por ello el trabajo de un profesional de la salud mental es a veces muy poco valorado por las instituciones a menos que sea un psiquiatra, ahí el cuento puede ser distinto, pero eso es otro tema.</p></div>
