They do here too from time to time Sunday walks to clean, because there are full litter bins and what people do? Keep adding trash that falls in the ground everywhere!

That happens here in Spain, too... Even if you live in a fancy place, sometimes the garbage men don't come for days... Especially if it's a festive day... But, seeing trash in parks, forests, or beach is even worse...
