I get one of these guys. Theyre not as cheap per g of protein as eggs or chicken breast, but you just pop the lid, dont have to cook or boil stuff, and they taste quite good. Theyre like 99 eurocents.

    Well thats handy :) I wonder if there is some extra processed stuff in there to make it last... do they stay fresh for a long time?

      I dont think so. Its just milk and salt. It lasts about a month unopened in the fridge.
