Hive Talk, es un proyecto pensando y estructurado para un funcionamiento corporativo, de calidad y eficiencia, basado en el poder de la descentralización que ofrece la blockchain de Hive y construido fundamentalmente para trabajar en áreas de oportunidad para mejorar el ecosistema de Hive y el valor de su criptomoneda.


### Estructura del Proyecto


Bajo el esquema de la descentralización, funcionamos como un equipo sin CEO o la figura de un director general que tome la mayor parte de las decisiones, nuestro esquema se basa en un trabajo colaborativo pero con responsabilidades individuales, sobre todo, en la organización de estrategias en diferentes áreas.

### Líneas de Trabajo de Hive Talk Project


El proyecto se basa en dos sectores muy importantes con muchas posibilidades de crecimiento y expansión que puede beneficiar a Hive en el corto, mediano y largo plazo. Onboarding de Universidades y gremio empresarial. Para este post deseamos dar a conocer algunos beneficios que puede atraer este proyecto mediante las alianzas formales con universidades.

Actualmente se está trabajando con la Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA) en la ciudad de Barquisimeto, al occidente de Venezuela, esta es una universidad de gran prestigio y tradición para esta región del país. Esta universidad cuenta con diferentes decanatos: Ciencias y Tecnología; Humanidades y Artes; Ciencias de la Salud y Ciencias Económicas, en este momento tres de los cuatro decanatos entran en la planificación de este proyecto:

Decanato de Ciencia y Tecnología (UCLA-DCYT): El proyecto ha priorizado el abordaje del decanato de ciencia y tecnología, para mostrar Hive más como un ecosistema tecnológico, en donde se puede construir proyectos con los beneficios de web 3, además de tener una comunidad activa con profesores universitarios y estudiantes que aprovechen las redes sociales descentralizadas para cumplir con asignaciones académicas, como videos tutoriales, ensayos, proyectos, incluso uno de lo objetivos se centra en que los estudiantes tengan como opción desarrollar tesis y proyectos de grados dentro del ecosistema de Hive. 


Se crearán revistas especializadas dentro de la universidad, dando a conocer no solo las noticias relevantes de la universidad, también avances en desarrollo e implementación de la blockchain en el sector educativo basado en tecnología. 


### Acuerdos Formales con la Universidad

El equipo de Hive Talk Project ha trabajado desde febrero del 2024 en constantes reuniones con las máximas autoridades de la universidad, presentando a Hive y el potencial que tiene para la universidad. Las autoridades han aceptado la realidad de que Hive contiene una tecnología imposible de ignorar y desean que Hive sea parte importante de la universidad, en la cual pueden aprender sobre blockchain de manera eficiente.


### Crear Programas Educativos con Hive como puerta de entrada a la web3 

Uno de los acuerdos que se ha logrado, es la creación de programas educativos, cursos y diplomados basados en tecnología blockchain abalados por esta universidad tan prestigiosa en Venezuela, siendo Hive un pilar en la formación en blockchain en la ciudad. Además, Hive se integrará a algunos programas educativos obligatorios para los estudiantes de tecnología. 


***¿Qué beneficios puede tener Hive al hacer onboarding al Decanato de Ciencia y Tecnología de la UCLA?***

#### 2000 Posibles Usuarios:

El número de estudiantes activos de este decanato universitario es cercano a los 2000 estudiantes, por lo que se concentra una población grande de posibles usuarios que se agreguen a Hive, sin embargo, es un abordaje sistematizado que evidentemente requiere más que una simple charla motivacional. El equipo de Hive Talk Project ha trabajado y ha ideado las estrategias para captar usuarios, trabajo que amerita esfuerzo y una dirección estrategia que solo se puede abordar bajo una estructura organizacional verdaderamente eficiente. 


***¿Cómo esta población Universitaria puede Atraer Inversores Nacionales o Extranjeros?***


Hablemos desde un punto de vista financiero, tener una población de cientos o miles de estudiantes en un sector como universidades, tiene posibles beneficios que pueden atraer inversores y quiero otorgarles un ejemplo:

### Ejemplo de un Nuevo Juego en Hive: 

Imaginemos un juego en Hive, evidentemente los juegos necesitan jugadores para crecer, por lo que las empresas se deben enfocar en un esfuerzo de marketing de alto costo desde sus inicios, aun cuando el juego está en fase tempranas de desarrollo o no ha sido probado totalmente. Tener una comunidad de posiblemente 2000 estudiantes al alcance, puede ser determinante para un proyecto de juego en fase temprana, debido a que se concentra en una población sectorizada y organizada, que se reúne en las infraestructura universitaria. se pueden reunir en grupos organizados y tener eventos de bajo costo dentro de estas instalaciones, incluso se pueden realizar torneos de este nuevo juego. Lo que significa que bajo una pequeña campaña de márketing sin gastos excesivos se puede atraer la atención de este tipo de poblaciones, haciendo que un proyecto de juego pueda tener una base de usuarios para obtener feedback y para comenzar a estructurar la economía. 


Tener esta población de usuarios tan sectorizados puede incentivar que empresas locales decidan entrar en el ecosistema de Hive debido a que se genera una fuente de liquidez en la universidad, por lo que los mismos estudiantes convertidos en emprendedores pueden ofrecer productos y servicios dentro de las instalaciones, así mismo las empresas que se encuentren cerca de la universidad pueden serán atraídos por la oportunidad de aprovechar la liquidez generada dentro de la UCLA mediante la utilización de las redes sociales descentralizadas. 

Muy cerca de la Universidad UCLA, se encuentra el Centro Comercial Metrópolis, una plaza importante para el onboarding debido a que estratégicamente se puede aprovechar la población estudiantil e incentivarlos a que puedan gastar sus HBD dentro de uno de los grandes centros comerciales de la ciudad.


El onboarding de este tipo de poblaciones sería estratégico para que las empresas comiencen viendo a Hive como una oportunidad, incluso pueden comprar Hive y un nivel de stake que puedan recompensar a estudiantes que reseñen sobre sus productos.

La utilización del HBD dentro y fuera de las instalaciones universitarias serán más efectivas y frecuentes al trabajar con el onboarding de la UCLA.

### Desarrollo en Hive

Otro objetivo claro del proyecto, es que la universidad incentive a sus estudiantes a crear aplicaciones y a construir sobre Hive, sabiendo todos los beneficios que tiene nuestra amada blockchain, por lo que los estudiantes pueden crear proyectos propios y aprovechar la población estudiantes para testear aplicaciones y para ya comenzar con una base de usuarios. Esto puede atraer inversiones locales y extranjeras, aprovechando el talento de estudiantes y profesores para construir aplicaciones. 



#### Punto Estratégico para abordar a otras Universidades:


Tenemos contactos en todas las universidades de esta región de Venezuela, por lo que esta primera etapa puede ser ejemplo y pieza estratégica para incentivar a otras universidades dentro y fuera de Venezuela a unirse a Hive, al ser el primer proyecto de este tipo se debe realizar de una manera efectiva que impulse la necesidad de conocer sobre blockchain y web 3.

# What is the Hive Talk Project doing for Hive?

Hive Talk, is a project thinking and structured for a corporate, quality and efficient operation, based on the power of decentralization offered by the Hive blockchain and built primarily to work on areas of opportunity to improve the Hive ecosystem and the value of its cryptocurrency.

### Hive Talk Project's Lines of Work

The project is based on two very important sectors with many possibilities for growth and expansion that can benefit Hive in the short, medium and long term. Onboarding of Universities and business associations. For this post we wish to make known some benefits that this project can attract through formal alliances with universities.

Currently we are working with the Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA) in the city of Barquisimeto, in western Venezuela, this is a university of great prestige and tradition for this region of the country. Specialized magazines will be created within the university, not only to publicize relevant university news, but also advances in the development and implementation of blockchain in the technology-based education sector. 


### Formal Agreements with the University

The Hive Talk Project team has been working since February 2024 in constant meetings with the highest authorities of the university, presenting Hive and the potential it has for the university. The authorities have accepted the reality that Hive contains a technology that is impossible to ignore and want Hive to be an important part of the university, where they can learn about blockchain efficiently.

### Create Educational Programs with Hive as a gateway to the web3. 

One of the agreements that has been reached is the creation of educational programs, courses and diplomas based on blockchain technology endorsed by this prestigious university in Venezuela, being Hive a pillar in blockchain training in the city. In addition, Hive will be integrated into some mandatory educational programs for technology students.

### Example of a New Game in Hive: 

Let's imagine a game on Hive, obviously games need players to grow, so companies must focus on a high-cost marketing effort from the very beginning, even if the game is in early stages of development or has not been fully tested. Having a community of possibly 2000 students within reach, can be determinant for an early stage game project, due to the fact that it is concentrated in a sectorized and organized population, which meets in the university infrastructure. they can meet in organized groups and have low cost events within these facilities, even tournaments of this new game can be held. This means that under a small marketing campaign without excessive expenses can attract the attention of this type of population, making a game project can have a user base to get feedback and to begin to structure the economy. 


Having such a sectorized user population can encourage local companies to decide to enter the Hive ecosystem because it generates a source of liquidity at the university, so that the students themselves become entrepreneurs can offer products and services within the facilities, as well as companies that are near the university can be attracted by the opportunity to take advantage of the liquidity generated within UCLA through the use of decentralized social networks.

Another clear goal of the project, is for the university to incentivize its students to create applications and build on Hive, knowing all the benefits that our beloved blockchain has, so students can create projects of their own and leverage the student population to test applications and to already start with a user base.

This can attract local and foreign investments, leveraging the talent of students and teachers to build applications. 


#### Strategic Point to approach other Universities:

We have contacts in all the universities in this region of Venezuela, so this first stage can be an example and strategic piece to encourage other universities inside and outside Venezuela to join Hive, being the first project of this type should be done in an effective way that drives the need to know about blockchain and web 3.
